Samuel not only has an extensive career in the real estate industry, he is also a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. 

Samuel began his career with the predecessor CPA firm to Grant Thorton in Philadelphia. 

Most recently, he served as both the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of a New York-based real estate owner-investor-property-manager company with 200 properties in 22 states. 

Personal career highlights include his roles at Rouse and Associated (now Prologis) and the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
